Viewing Adjustment Details
If your account has had adjustments made to it, you can view those details on the Adjustment Details page.
To view adjustments:
- In EdgeView, select Bill and Payments.
- Under Payments, Credits and Adjustments, select the adjustment you want to see. The Adjustment Details page appears.
You can use the search filters to narrow the data you see on this page, create a Saved Search to easily find this data again, and export data to a CSV file. For more information, see Filtering, Searching and Sorting Data on an Online Bill and Exporting Data to a CSV File.
- Click Back to return to the Bill Summary page.
