Account Security

Use the Account Security page to protect your account using a security question and answer. You select from the list of questions or enter a personalized question. You next provide your answer and save the information. When communicating with a service representative, you will be asked the question and can provide your answer thereby enabling more account security.

To add an account security question and answer:

  1. In EdgeView, select Account Info » Account Security.
  2. Select a question or type a personalized one.
  3. Enter the answer and click OK.
